A Car Model
A car model (or automobile or model of car) is the name used by a manufacturer to market a range of similar cars. The way that car manufacturers group their product range into models varies between manufacturers.
A model may also be referred to as a nameplate, specifically when referring to the product from the point of view of the manufacturer, especially a model over time. For example, the Chevrolet Suburban is the oldest automobile nameplate in continuous production, dating to 1934 (1935 model year), while the Chrysler New Yorker was (until its demise in 1996) the oldest North American car nameplate. "Nameplate" is also sometimes used more loosely, however, to refer to a brand or division of larger company (e.g. GMC), rather than a specific model.

In identifying or describing cars, car makes and models are often used as two descriptive devices to pinpoint or identify a particular car. Both a car's make and model are often used with each other or separately for this function. There are also instances when the two are used interchangeably.
In terms of the market, some consumers are very particular about car makes and models. However, some people are more particular in one aspect than another. When choosing a particular car model, the customer automatically picks the make of that car.
A car's make refers to the car's manufacturer or companies who produced the car. Famous car makes include: Volkswagen, Ford, Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Renault, Ferrari, Peugeot, Chevrolet, Daimler Chrysler, Proton, Perodua and Hyundai-kia.
Car also makes are often large, multinational companies. In some instances, they are distinguished by their association with a particular nationality or country of origin. Foreign car manufacturers often have their headquarters in their home country with satellite branches across the world. For example, Toyota and Nissan are associated with their origins and headquarters in Japan. Perodua and Proton also associated with their origins and headquarters in Malaysia. The same goes for German, American, French and other car manufacturers.
On the other hand, car models are the specific products. The car model is often the specific name, initial to indicate the difference between two models and number also. Car manufacturers use a lot of car models (or names) for their car line or series.
In some car models, the year of release or model year is also included. This is often used to distinguish one car model from another in a car series, since car manufacturers tend to release the same design as a car series under one name but with different years.
Aside from the chosen name for the car model, there are other distinctions in determining a car's model. One of them is the particular car chassis or bodywork. The car chassis is the skeleton or frame of the car, and some car models have slight or major differences in terms of this category.
One example that illustrated the concept of car models is a car's trim level. Trim levels are basically "versions" of the car. A base or entry-level car is a car that has a basic design where the car model or name is bestowed. An increase in the trim level (due to additions and innovations to the basic design) elevates the trim levels. The highest trim level is known as a luxury version/ a luxury car, and has a combination of names, initials, and numbers (in the form of an alphanumeric name) in addition to the car model name to indicate its features.

Other than that, there's really not that much about having a car that's so great. They're expensive to buy and to maintain. Some of these folks hitch a ride with somebody else when they need one, or they walk. Others use something collectively known as public transportation, which includes the buses, trains, subways, and trolleys that carry people across town and across the country every day.
Taxicabs are available for those without vehicles, as are bicycles, in-line skates, and nifty scooters for trips around town. Need to ravel farther? Buses, airplanes and event trains are available for longer trips. Our country is fairly unique in it's "a car for every driver" attitude. In other countries, cars a still pretty much seen as luxuries, and a family would never aspire to have more than one.

Therefore, you cannot simply rely on public transportation for daily commutes. This is why having your own personal vehicle is very important; it helps get you to your destinations, without having to rely on other people.

While many people treat their cars as simply something to get them by, they actually aren't. Driving on the open roads can be an extremely wonderful experience. Not to mention, while driving on some routes, you can enjoy the beauty of Mother Nature, such as mountains, hills, forests, the ocean, rivers, lakes and deserts. In simple words, you car can take you on an adventure that walking sometimes cannot. As such, cars are a worthwhile investment - more than just getting you from point A to point B.
d). People Spend Most Of Their Time In Cars
Even after purchasing a vehicle, people spend plenty of time in their car during commutes. Therefore, if you don't have a car, how will you be able to kill-time?
