KILLING BROTHER IN JOHOR DEATH OVER A CAR SEAT AND TEEN THROWS KNIFE IN JOHOR BAHRU

ISKANDAR PUTERI, JOHOR BAHRU: A scuffle between two (2) siblings ended in tragedy when one died after the deceased's sister allegedly killed him with a knife.

Iskandar OCPD Asst Comm Rahmat Ariffin said the incident took place at a house in Ulu Pulai on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at around 1415 pm.

" According to the victim's mother, the 16-year-old victim had a fight with his sitem over a seat in the car on the way home from school," he said in a statement.

 

ACP Rahmat added the 18-year-old suspect admitted to having thrown a knife at the victim after being mocked when entering their house.

 

He said the suspect has been arrested and police would be applying for a remand order from court.

 

ACP Rahmat said the victim was confirmed to have died at 1430 pm and a post-mortem would be conducted at Sultanah Aminah Hospital on Thursday, October 20, 2022.

 

The case is being investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code.
