SARAWAK PAY AND GO EXPANDS TO SINGAPORE, ASEAN FOLLOWING MoA WITH RH SYNERGY - KUCHING SARAWAK
KUCHING (March 26, 2025): Pay and Go Technology Group and RH Synergy (S) Pte Ltd has signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) to effect the expansion of market presence in Singapore and Asean.
Signing at the Sarawak Trade and Tourism Office Singapore (Statos) in Singapore yesterday, Pay and Go Technology Group said the MoA is strategic for collaboration on expanding the distribution and market reach of its innovative technologies in Singapore and Asean.
The signatories were Pay and Go Technology CEO Eddie Wee, RH Synergy managing director Roger Phua as well as Alpha-B Holdings Pte Ltd and Alphabees Asia (M) Sdn Bhd co-founder Eric Kon.
The MoA signing ceremony was witnessed by Statos CEO Chew Chang Guan marking a key milestone in regional business cooperation.
“This MoA sets the foundation for a long-term partnership that will accelerate the deployment of smart technologies across Southeast Asia,” Pay and Go Technology Group said in a statement.
“By combining Pay and Go’s innovation with RH Synergy’s market access and Alpha-B Holdings’ strategic support, the collaboration is poised to enhance convenience, sustainability, and efficiency for urban communities in the region.”
The strategic collaboration requires RH Synergy to be appointed the exclusive distributor of Pay and Go’s products and technologies in the Singapore market, while Alpha-B, a company with deep roots in both Singapore and Sarawak, will play a vital role in connecting both parties.
Alpha-B is also to continue to support this initiative through its affiliate Alphabees Asia, which will assist in the marketing and brand development efforts across Singapore and Malaysia to support the rollout.
At the heart of this partnership is Pay and Go’s flagship innovation – Pay and Go Smart Parking System, a comprehensive solution designed to transform urban mobility and digitalize parking operations.
Initially launched as a streamlined digital parking solution, the system has evolved into a versatile smart infrastructure platform supporting a wide range of lifestyle convenience applications.
Key features of the strategic collaboration include: Automatic Licence Plate Recognition (ALPR) that enables seamless entry and exit without physical tickets; Real-Time Cloud Integration, which sees all vehicle data and transactions processed and monitored through a centralised dashboard, enabling municipalities and private operators to make data-driven decisions; and Mobile Payment Integration that allow end-users pay via mobile apps, e-wallets, or integrated payment gateways.
Others are IoT-enabled surveillance that enhances safety and enforcement with live camera feeds and incident tracking as well as scalable deployment that is suitable for public parking lots, commercial buildings, gated communities, and even temporary event spaces.
“This smart solution reduces congestion, eliminates manual ticketing, enhances enforcement, and ultimately improves the user experience while opening up opportunities for additional features such as EV charging integration, advertising displays, and real-time availability mapping,” added the statement.
